If you would like to take a day "off" for planning, strategizing, and yes, even praying about your business, we have an idea for you.
Each participant will develop a overview plan for his business that fits on an 11x17 paper. The plan process will begin with the non-negotiable value statements of each company, move to a SWOT analysis, and then beginning with a 3-year target, each owner/manager will determine what needs to happen in his work during the next quarter, year, and three-year horizon. Goals for critical numbers will be established and key activities will be properly delegated. This process will aid you greatly as you attempt to pinpoint the areas in your business that need attention.
Each participant will be encouraged to bring any company materials that will help him in designing his strategy and each will get a large comfortable workspace for the day. Class members may work at their table, take "thinking" walks around the CEPC campus, and consider what they want for their business. The process will assist a stand-alone business, ministry, or division of a company.
The only cost for this workshop is for lunch, which will be brought to you. There is NO COST for the workshop presentation and administrative help. You will leave the workshop with a completed plan that can be placed on your desk and utilized every day.
Cost for lunch is $15.
